LUXE Referral Program - Terms and Conditions
Time line:
The LUXE Referral Program is in effect from February 1, 2024, to May 31st, 2024. Referrals made after February 28, 2024, will not qualify for this promotion.
Overview:
This promotion is open to both staff and patrons. Prior to referring anyone as an applicant, please thoroughly review the terms and conditions provided below. It is essential to communicate this information to the applicant to ensure understanding and compliance. The promotion specifically pertains to positions for Dancers and Escorts.
Poaching from other clubs is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in reporting to other club owners and a ban from LUXE.
Referees must complete the Applicant Referral Form before the applicant fills out the application. This is to ensure that no false claims are made by the applicant or the referee. Timestamps on all documents will be checked accordingly.
Eligibility:
•Applicants must provide the referee's full legacy name and UUID on the application.
•The applicant must complete the application and application test with a score of 85% or higher.
•Applicants must pass a background check, including but not limited to a reference check with current or former employers.
•If hired, the applicant must undergo and complete full training.
•The applicant must complete four consecutive weeks of work and the required hours each week.
Bonus Payout:
•Failure to complete the Applicant Referral Form will result in non-payment of the bonus.
•Failure by the applicant to list you as a reference will result in non-payment of the bonus.
•If the applicant is terminated or leaves LUXE before completing their four-week requirement, the bonus will not be paid.
•All requirements must be met before the referral bonus is paid out. The payout will be sent once the LUXE management team has confirmed that the applicant has completed their fourth consecutive week of work, and all their weekly hours were met for each week during this time.
